Buttons not staying on all night and slow acknowledgment after purchase

I love the fabric and not to hot or cold but the buttons do not stay closed all night. This is so frustrating and for a while I did not enjoy wearing it because of this. I changed the buttons and now I can wear it all night. I really did not appreciate the lack of acknowledgement after my purchase of this product. There are so many scams out there and when we buy online we take a risk and for me to wait for days for acknowledgements that is not ok. I buy online all time and I receive acknowledgement of payment instantly.
